Founded in 2003, Colarelli Construction has been serving our clients for over 20 years, growing with the Colorado Springs community and the surrounding region. Recent projects have found us working not only in Colorado Springs, but also statewide, in places such as Durango, Trinidad, Salida, and Denver.

We pride ourselves in the quality of our people. Our skilled team is made up of dependable, trustworthy individuals who excel together beyond their areas of expertise and trade. We have seasoned professionals with years of experience who devote time to learn alongside young professionals in our organization. At times, learning occurs organically while problem solving on project sites; at other times, learning is structured through programs like company-wide Lunch & Learns and an in-house, web-based learning hub.

Our Culture Champions Committee (“CCC”) is responsible for embodying and reinforcing our company culture.

The CCC generates opportunities for employee engagement and growth – promoting activities such as:

The Innovation Incubator

Innovation Incubator

In 2023, we created the Innovation Incubator – a platform for employees to bring forward ideas that have the potential to disrupt the industry and radically change our organization. Three employees participated in the Incubator’s initial year, with Randi Wikoff winning the first CCI Innovation Incubator Award for her creation of CCI’s lessons learned database.
