The Marriott Fairfield Inn & Suites was a new 85-room hotel in Monument, Colorado that we built from the ground up. The project included 26 suites, 59 standard rooms, an indoor pool, an outdoor hot tub and fire pit, an exercise room and 500 square feet of meeting space. Several years later, we were asked to preform a remodel to the hotel to meet new branding standards. Construction updates were completed in phases while the hotel was occupied with no interruption of hotel guests’ enjoyment.
