Colorado Mountain Brewery, Roundhouse

A renovation and interior finish of a two-story, 8,500sf brewery and restaurant located in the historic Midland Terminal Railroad building in Colorado Springs, now called the Roundhouse. This project consists of high-level finishes throughout, a five-barrel brew system, wood-fired pizza oven finished with mosaic tile, a half -round bar made of stone to match the original building and a patio with a large outdoor gas fireplace. The interior includes a main level and mezzanine with seating up to 350 people while the patio comfortably seats 60 people.
