A Learning Organization.

Colarelli Construction firmly believes that continuous improvement requires a commitment to learning. In the absence of learning, companies simply repeat old practices. As a Learning Organization, our team strives to break the mold and think outside of the box, actively managing the learning process to ensure that it occurs by design rather than by chance. It is very difficult to become knowledgeable in a passive way, and as a Learning Organization, we focus on creating, acquiring, and transferring knowledge, and modifying our behavior to reflect new insights.

We believe there are five attributes of a Learning Organization:

Our company’s culture is centered on being a Learning Organization. We strive to cultivate an environment best described by Peter Senge, “where people continually expand their capacity to create the results they truly desire, where new and expansive patterns of thinking are nurtured, where collective aspiration is set free, and where people are continually learning how to learn together”.
