Our Team

Tim Colchin earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in architecture from the University of Texas. He is a registered Architect and LEED AP. Tim’s career has spanned over 40 years, with experience at several of the larger international firms, as project designer, project manager, and studio director. Tim’s past work has been largely in commercial, secondary and higher ed, and institutional projects, at both the state and federal level. At Colarelli Construction, his role is Development Manager for commercial projects.
