The 21st century has emerged as the age of sustainable construction. From boutique firms to multi-national mega construction
firms, companies are implementing systematic programs to advance their efforts to meet the environmental, social and economic
objectives of sustainable development.
In the face of these new opportunities, companies like ours are actively seeking clients
and projects who share our concerns for the design and construction of sustainable projects. We are an active member of the
U.S. Green Building Council,
Pikes Peak Sustainable Business Network
and are committed to the principles of sustainable design and construction.

Colorado Springs Health Partners, Briargate Campus - Colarelli Construction is implementing solar technology to help provide some of the building's energy supply. We will be utilizing free energy from the sun to lower their energy consumption and provide a sustainable, alternate-energy source. Thin film, photovoltaic panels being installed will provide 33,000 watts of power to the building's electrical facility which is more than enough to power the high efficiency lights and to comply with the new Energy Code. Sustainable, but not LEED certified.
Vineyard Data Center Park - Vineyard LLC, the City of Colorado Springs, the University of Colorado, the Economic Development Council, Colorado Springs Utilities, and the State of Colorado have come together to present the Vineyard Data Center Park, a sustainable and master planned development. The story of this project is about the mutual benefits resulting from multiple parties in a public-private partnership.
